Main Event

Roast Turkey with all the trimmings – sage and onion stuffing, pigs in blankets, brussel sprouts and a rich Jus.

Mushroom, walnut and spinach wellington with all the trimmings and a rich vegetarian Jus.

Pan roasted fillet of Loch Duarte salmon with crushed pink fir potatoes, charred tenderstem broccoli and a prosecco beurre blanc
